The process is typically managed in two stages.

First, we arrange pre-screening in the donor's home country, including the required medical tests, evaluations, and compatibility checks.

Once approved, the donor usually travels to complete ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval at your chosen clinic. Depending on the case, timelines and logistics can be adapted to suit specific needs.

Yes. You will always receive the donor's essential profile information, with additional details available upon request where appropriate.

The level of contact depends on your preferences and the type of arrangement selected: known donation, where both parties may meet and exchange contact details; semi-open donation, where communication is facilitated through the agency or clinic; or anonymous donation, where no direct contact takes place.

In some cases, this can be resolved. If the donor is ultimately unable to proceed, we will carefully rematch you with another suitable donor without charging a new agency fee.

We provide a clear and transparent financial structure from the outset, including agency fee, donor compensation, travel expenses, and any third-party costs where applicable.

Payments may also be managed through an escrow account if preferred.
